The 90-Day Happy-Dog Guarantee
We want your dog calmer and happier, or your money back. Use your Calm-Down Mat every day for 90 days. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
How to start a return. Email us at with your order number and we will walk you through it. To start a refund you do not need to ship anything back first, and in many cases we will not ask you to return the mat at all.
Refunds. Once approved, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Email a photo to within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or full refund, your choice. No return needed.
The free digital guide. The Foraging Starter Guide is a free digital download and is not eligible for a separate refund.
